The Blin Community of Manitoba Inc. (BCM) is a non-profit organization incorporated in Manitoba, Canada. BCM's primary mission is to support, advise, and promote the cultural, social, and economic well-being of individuals of Blin descent, as well as the broader community within Manitoba. BCM engages in various activities, including organizing cultural events and fostering community development.
